They also had sting ray that you could pet. It was insane. They were very slimy which was expected but they had sharp spikes on their backs too. Devin was showing Elysa the sting ray cause she was really fascinated by them and she was leaning over the water alittle and a big sting ray swam up and tried to "kiss" her was how we described it ;). It scared Devin so bad cause he was trying to get my attention then all the sudden here is this big sting ray jumping out of the water at Elysa.. she thought it was funny tho. The same sting ray must have liked her cause it kept swimming to where ever Elysa was.
The Octopus was so fun to watch he was big and so graceful. I got a fun video of him. If I worked at the aquarium I would come every night just to relax by watching the octopus and the jelly fish swim.. they are so gracefull and very peaceful.. crazy because they both can be pretty deadly.
I had a soccer game that night.. we lost :( but after we went to the Texas Roadhouse for dinner. It was really good and decently priced too.
When we got back everyone was so excited for swimming. Elysa really loves swimming. It was a fun filled birthday.. Happy Birthday again Brit thanks for inviting us :)
